SCOOPPP study: Scope, Context, Organization Of services and Practices in Paediatric Physiotherapy8 jun 2020
Many thanks for participating in the IOPTP pediatric networking session at the WCPT conference in Geneva last year. As you might remember, this session was part of the SCOOPPP study. Over a 1000 PTs from more than 80 countries participated! Results illustrate the great diversity of contexts and scopes surrounding PTs working with children. The infographic shows the principal results of the study.
Scientific papers will be submitted, and we will let you know once they are available. We hope to use this study to establish a community of PTs working with children around the world. Given the ongoing international situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic, one of our current priorities is to support PTs wishing to use telehealth. We know that only 4% of you reported using telehealth only few months ago but we suspect this may have changed.
We would be grateful if you could take 1 minute to answer this short survey on the use of telehealth and the support you require: https://redcap.secure.cred.ca/surveys/?s=HCEL8JCLXN
We would also like to inform you that there is an upcoming FREE e-health summit in pediatric rehabilitation, accessible online from anywhere in the world. May 27th to May 30th. We will talk about telerehabilitation and other ways to use technology to provide rehabilitation services at a distance.
